You always arrive within days to fill the tank when I ask for a refill. If it’s an emergency I’m sure you’d come out faster. What I don’t like is I get an annual fee to lease the tank if I don’t purchase enough fuel throughout the year. I use propane as a secondary source of heat and in our basement and my husband is hot natured so I don’t get to burn my logs as often as I would prefer to. I would like to think as long as I’m getting fuel from you I would have to pay a lease fee./ The e-mail address provided was not valid. ???

Took a while to get the Billing rate after we switch tanks but I guess after about a month and a half everything is all well after 20 some years as a customer I appreciate that

When I asked for service, to look into a possible leak, person said initially someone will take a look at it and take care of it, and then, when the service guy came, he could not do it because we had lights on the patio, so I need to take it out, and I did. Then when I called to get the service person back to our house, the Amerigas CSR lady told me since the tank was 25%, that it needs to be filled first before service can do this, and so I have asked this filled. Unfortunately when they came, they could not fill it because it was disconnected, so now we are not using this for 2-3 weeks, and I am charged for this rental, but the service is not good, no coordination, no explanation, and now, no one has called us to get to look at the leak if there is a leak or they have to take care of it, or there was no leak, and they just have to reconnect this before the gas gets filled back up. But if there is anything that's going to happen our house, believe, I will blame Amerigas for any issue related to said gas tank. I hope not, but because you guys are taking your fine time not taking care of this, more likely, I am thinking you guys do not care about this issue, and we might as well go to Foster or Watts.

I updated the amount of propane that was in my tank versus what Amerigas thought I had. This triggered an automatic delivery schedule and my tank was refilled without having to call or anyhing.

Called the company to have an old line disconnected and removed. Rerouted to call center who transferred me multiple times. Eventually I was told that they could not do what I was asking for over the phone (obviously you cant remove lines over the phone) and they would send out a technician the following week. The technician came out and said that he was there for a safety check. He was not equipped to remove old lines. The guy was very nice, but the call center had messed up and he wasn't able to perform my work. I will be looking for a new company.

I have been calling the Amerigas local number and get transferred to an out of country call center. They cannot provide any assistance in upgrading my tank to a larger tank. They transferred me SIX times for a total of 50 minutes, I was never connected to the right department to assist me.We had a similar problem trying to get a call back from Amerigas online service request center when we purchased the home last month and needed the service transferred. What a ridiculous, unprofessional franchise. ZERO customer service.
