You can never speak to someone when you call you always have to leave a message for them to call you back and it’s usually 2 to 3 days before you get a call I never had this problem with Suntrust this is the worst bank ever

Terrible customer service. No one knows anything about anything and they never even answer the phone to assist you. If you leave a message, don't expect a call back. Call another branch if you have any type of issue because you will not get it solved by them.

I would like to suggest to please communicate more via email , text or letter of any bank policy changes so people can be in the loop. Other than that the staff tries their best in doing their job.

Tina was EXTREMELY RUDE today when I came in to deposit a check...she snatched it out of my hand and ripped off the bottom part while giving a very condescending look. I’m going to assume she was hangry and we were cutting into her lunch time. But that definitely doesn’t give her a pass to be rude to my elderly grandmother nor I. By the reviews online, I’d like to suggest it’s time for a team meeting! Highly disappointed in the service that I received today. Oh, and it would be nice if someone was there to answer the phones! I’ve been calling ever since I walked out and there’s no one available. I think it’s time to shut down this account and find a better bank.

Had major fraud happen on my account. Got in to be told I will get the same wait in the bank as on the phone an hour. Ignored her nasty customer service. Waited to speak with someone. He made comments during our conversation. Had the feeling he could care less. Called a few days later after finding more information to be told something about this just seems weird don’t you see. He doesn’t believe me. He is of no help at all. The fraud line never answers the phone. This branch has always had horrible customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I tried to call , no one answered , I tried knocking on the door and asking for help . ONLY TO SEE THE EMPLOYEE WITH BLONDE HAIR SITTING AT HER DESK IGNORING EVERYTHING EVEN ME SAYING PLEASE LET ME SAY 2 WORDS TO ME . THEY TOLD ME TO CALL AND SLAMMED the door in my face. DO NOT EVER go here .!

This bank has poor service. The atm malfunctioned and resulted in my bank account being overdrafted when I had enough to cover all of my charges. I was charged over 150 dollars worth of overdraft fees due to a bank error and the back office refused to acknowledge this. I would highly advise against using this bank at the risk of you being robbed
