After another local place (Larry's) told us my sons vehicle needed an entire new engine - Lacks took the time to actually look at the vehicle and turns out it was just a PVC valve. Being out of town it was a great relief to find someone that's honest and doesn't take advantage of you. Treated us like family - this is THE place to go for your mechanic needs in the area! “My ex-girlfriend wrecked her car when she hit a deer and we were referred to Laslie's Auto Body. Her 2008 Honda Civic was her first car. She had owned it for 17 years. Had 251,000 mi on it and she was very attached to the car. Paul Buchanan, the man in charge understood the objective and provided her an estimate keeping the price as low as possible because this would have been an out-of-pocket expense. The end result unfortunately was not cost efficient and resulted in her having to purchase a new vehicle. She ended up donating the vehicle to wWheels for Wishes, and d Mr. Buchanan waived the cost for the time spent preparing the estimate and the days the vehicle spent on their lot. The professionalism shown by Laslie's Auto body exemplified customer service and acquired them a customer for life for my vehicle, as well as earning my solid endorsement whenever someone requests a reference for a full service auto shop. Every customer I witnessed leaving there during my visits was extremely satisfied and all my interactions with all the staff were very pleasant. I wish I could have given more than five stars!”

“I had a great experience with Caliber; the fact that they were partners with both my insurance company and Enterprise RAC really streamlined the process and cut out a lot of hassle on my end. I was also really impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Everyone I spoke with in person and over the phone actually seemed genuinely happy to help me - and we all know how rare that is in customer service these days where people are overworked and underpaid. Blaine is particularly was really helpful in making sure I understood everything that was done to the vehicle and assuring me that they stand behind their work for as long as I own the vehicle, “whether it’s 2 weeks, 2 months, or 2 years.” I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to choose them.”

“It was close to 5pm when I realized I needed the water pump replaced on my 2004 Corvette. I called Rodney and despite how late in the evening it was he told me to come in and he would get my car fixed TONIGHT. He was very professional and made sure I understood what needed to be fixed and the cost.
Rodney and his mechanics got my car fixed in a couple hours and to top everything off they hand washed and dried my car!
As a single woman going to get your car fixed is usually a very stressful and intimidating experience but Rodney Hubbard’s shop was hands down my best experience at a repair shop and I will go back for every repair!
