I set up a phone for my daughter who lives out of state. She got there and the phone wouldn’t work. I went back into the store and they couldn’t help me. Asked for a refund and they said no refunds. Asked for the manager to call me and he never did. Really poor customer service! So disappointed…this has been so bad for my daughter who now has no phone and no way to get her phone fixed. I tried the chat online too…nobody could fix the problem.

T Mobil in Madison Heights VA have always taken extra time to help me,a widow going on 5 yrs now.
This morning I had questions and bought a new cord for my car charging cable Eric was such a great help especially sine I have trouble wirh questions.
So thankful they r there, Mrs Crites .

Last time I went the the guy was rude all I wanted was to get my phone fixed and the guy would fix my phone he tried telling me something about the sim card when I never changed the sim card I had a celero for god knows how long and I ain't ever had no problems with it until I couldn't ever connect to the Internet and I tried everything to get connection
