“I was in the market for a car in June and a good friend recommended I try the bank he has been using for several years. Told me that they have always treated him like family. I reached out to the ladies in the loan department and asked some questions. They were very informative and professional and told me to contact them when I found the right car to purchase. Once I found it I called them at 8 In the morning and left a message knowing they wouldn't be open until 9. Gabrielle called me back before 9. Keep in mind I had never banked with them ever. Gabrielle took my information over the phone and within a few hours had a check ready for me to purchase the car I wanted and didn't have to deal with finance department at the dealership. She has been so pleasant to deal with through out the whole process. I can't say enough good things about her and the whole experience with CVFCU. I highly recommended banking with them.”
