Took my wife today and on past visits got the best haircut but today she comes out and there is a big hole cut in the back that shouldn’t be there. She was not shown the back with a mirror as has been the practice on other trips. When we got home we know why no mirror view was given.

I just get a buzz cut. They only cut the hair in one direction. I was paying attention this time and had her also cut in a different direction in additionwhich is nessasary for my type hair. Even then she only cut half my hair. I had to tell her to cut the other half. The whole cut took about a minute. That's OK. That's all you need for a buzz cut. I think they do that on purpose so you need a cut sooner.

Gave my 4 year old son probably the worst haircut I’ve ever seen in my life. Big girl was not very friendly with him either, giving my child commands like a dog. Do not support this place. Go to a barbershop!

My son and I got our haircut here, my hair isn't bad but the cut I wanted is not what I got and I showed the girl a picture of the cut I wanted and what I got is far from it.
My son on the other hand I'm livid. He sat still the entire time followed directions (looked up, looked down) his hair is crooked I'm so upset. We will be taking him to gentlemen John's to have them fix his hair. If you want a nice haircut and someone that can look at a picture and give you the cut that you want or if you want your child's haircut to be straight and lay nice this is NOT the place to go. I honestly don't know why I was so stupid to go here but school starts soon I work all the time and on a Sunday we didn't have much of a choice.

My husband took our son there today for a trim. He told the person cutting our son's hair to use a 1 guard on the sides and fade to a 4 guard and also use a 4 guard on the top. Instead it looks like the sides were just buzzed off in a square on each side. It literally looks like the only thing done was just to run the clippers down the sides of his head. There was no fading or attempting to blend in. It looks like my son has a square of shaved hair on either side of his head. I haven't been to this location in years because the last time I went, my hair was cut lopsided and I had to go back and get someone else to fix it. My husband decided to give them another chance. Never again! Do these people receive any sort of training before they are allowed to touch people's hair?
