I was having car trouble and had my kids in the car as it was getting dark. Majestic pulled over to ask if I needed help. He was very polite, cleaned the battery posts, gave a diagnosis, and my options for short and long term. He wasn’t pushy and was extremely respectful. Brandon delivered on his promises. We were losing coolant. Turns out the lower radiator hose needed to be replaced. Brandon's time estimate was accurate. Brandon did a great job replacing the starter on my truck. It was a Saturday afternoon July 3rd and he was going above and beyond to get me back on the road on a holiday weekend when all other places were either closed or were not able to do it that same day!
