I don’t want to be this person, but some of the employees are absolutely rude and got a nasty attitude. I said I forgot my pump number and all I got a nasty stare. Not helpful at all. Murphy’s has lost my business completely.
Going to 76 from now on.

Called to ask price of cigarettes and was told the couldn't give out prices over the phone. Like OMG really!! Just took my business elsewhere

I broke down (it was the battery no biggie) in front of a gas pump at 11:30pm. The boy working shut off the lights,took the trash out and left. Never asked if I was ok or even acknowledged me. Luckily my daddy came and jumped my car but yeah they ain’t getting my business again.

A while back I went by to get some gas and my fiancee went in to pay for the gas. While my fiancee was in there she was given trouble by the so called manager. My fiancee asked for a cup of ice which another so called manager advised it was ok. The so called manager that night used abusive language towards my fiancee. So if you go in to this gas station you may get the law called on you. The workers in this store have nasty attitudes.

Went there tonight. I got charge 175.00 in error. The pump said no charge. When I went into the store the clerk said “you ain’t get no gas you ain’t gonna have a charge. The clerk insisted you will not be charged I allowed her to run the card in the store for and additional 20.00. I checked my account. I showed my checking account was charged. The clerk said the bank will figure out you ain’t get no gas and credit. The attitude was was rude. I have contacted the bank to file a dispute.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced out of state. I’m from AZ and maybe it’s just a west coast thing but being kind to your customers is normal there. Barely spoke, when they did it was with attitude. Horrible.
