Receptionists were gentle and helpful. The maintenance person fixed a light switch as soon as I requested it. The room could be a bit cleaner. My room faced the road and train track, and the train operator blew the horn in the middle of the night, some truck drivers used air brakes. Better get a room in the back row. There are places to eat nearby.

Rooms are moderately clean but not sparkling by any means (feet are black from walking through the room after taking a shower). Pet friendly and seem to genuinely like pets. The evening shift was really nice but the minute night shift came in everyone who walked through the lobby started getting hassled (my room is next to the lobby, and I was really feeling bad for some of the customers)! The smoke smell depends on the hallway you’re in if it’s marijuana or cigarettes (apparently Night Shift lady doesn’t care to hassle smokers LOL).

We stayed here for 4 months and honestly it was great. Amazing service. Wonderful staff, always very accommodating and very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

Older motel, but nice. Nightly rates are reasonable for what's offered.Rooms and building are clean and modern. Dog friendly. Motel staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Taco Bell next door and a Wendy's, McDonald's and Dairy Queen within walking distance. Would recommend.Rooms: Rooms are spacious, modern. Have coffee maker, ironing board and iron. Comfortable beds and pillows.Food & drinks: Taco Bell right next door. Wendy's, McDonald's and Dairy Queen a short walk. There's other eateries a short drive.

Very nice hotel and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and told us about a good place to eat down the street.

This was a really great option for something last minute and affordable. We stayed here labor day weekend and enjoyed it. The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful when we had trouble with our card/expedia booking. There were some cobwebs around but overall it was clean and quiet. I'd definitely stay here again.Nearby activities: It was close to lots of food places & not far from the mall, movie theater, shopping centers, and the university.

The hotel is suffering from much delayed maintenance. Towel racks fall off the wall, and bathroom doors are splitting and are difficult to open. It takes several minutes for the bathroom fan to kick in. The landscaping looks good, but they could pay closer attention to details, like edging. The customer service is excellent and friendly. Both times I have stayed there, there have been men hanging out in a truck for what seemed like hours - Maintenance guys? Give them the time and money to do their job.

Nest of gnats. Cigarette burns in the bedsheets. In desperate need of a deep cleaning. Beware of additional charges. Post checkout I was charged $32 for “all towels missing.” I called 4 times and nobody answered. I was still in the area so I drove back and explained that I did not take their towels. The blue haired man looked at me like that was impossible and I was crazy (I don’t have blue hair). I continued to insist that I did not take their towels and wanted my money back. He agreed to do his “due diligence” and check if there could have been a mistake. Two minutes later he confirmed that housekeeping did collect the towels and agreed to refund me. My appreciation for being refunded is the only reason they get more than 1 star.

Entrance is difficult to find. Room was clean, receptionist friendly ad courteous. Air dryer did not work. Lots of available and clear TV stations.

Super friendly/professional and helpful staff. Very clean very nice rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows , very clean sheets and bathrooms. Enjoyed our weekend stay for very good prices. While other hotels jacked their prices up for memorial day weekend, Red Roof inn kept their prices affordable. Thank you, I definitely agree with Cynthia if I could give a 10/10 I would. I will definitely be staying here on future visits. Forgot to mention that they are also pet friendly and kids 17 and under stay free

If I could give this place a10/10 I would. The staff was absolutely wonderful. It’s a no frills place but it has what you need and there are dogs to pet! The only downside for some is the water pressure, I thought it was fine but my partner wasn’t impressed. I really liked this place and I don’t have any reason to go back but if one arises I know where I’ll stay!

Poor price for the quality of the hotel. Stained comforter, bathroom fan was unplugged and missing the cover, grass was unkept, poor lighting with several flickering bulbs, "large tv" was 48" at most, garbage bag was blocking the entrance to hallway, "in-room coffee" is actually a single cup brewer with terrible smelling decaf, the chair in our room looked like a cat was using it for a scratching post, toilet seat was sticky, and toilet paper roll was left over from the previous guests.

Have been staying on and off for the last two years.. I have had descent experiences. The staff in the lobby has been polite and helpful each time. If I had a problem they were quick to find a solution. We will be staying again.
