I like that you have to have a gate code to get in. The shop was closed when I went even though it was during posted business hours but I was able to get the information I needed through the automated system. I feel comfortable with my stuff being there.

Great facility when we moved from PA. Prices did go up a couple times in the year we had the unit (mostly because of the state increasing taxes on storage) but that can't be helped. Anytime I called with questions the staff were very nice and the grounds were very clean. Move out process was seamless!
