Yes, Kaitlyn I'm going to write a review about my experience today.
First, both guys that spoke and offered help were very nice and I visit this store bcuz I enjoy the lady cashier, mid to late 40's. Super friendly, takes actual time to chat and be helpful.
I came back in the store today, after bringing my cart back in, to speak to you Kaitlyn. After doing so, you never offered an apology or gave any explanation. Rushing a customer out the door, laying their receipt on the counter bcuz I'm loading my things back into my cart and you waiting on the next customer while I'm still loading my cart is REDICULOUS. You are not finished with me. You need to learn social cues Kaitlyn. If a customer ignores you handing them the receipt bcuz they are loading their cart, you should be helping, handing the items to the customer, then handing them the receipt and saying thank you, have a nice evening, or whatever. But to lay it on the counter and start scanning the next person when you are not finished with me, is really proof of your young age and lack of social cues. Like I mentioned to you, its good to be efficient or be good at your job, but it doesn't take a lot of brains to run a register. Be excellent at customer service, not just pushing buttons, or that's the only job you will ever have. Do better. Be better.

Gave a 1 only because 0 wasn't available.Ordered 20 bags of nutrenia complete online. Said that it was available for in store pickup when going to pick up they had 80 plus bags on floor and would not release any. instead the day shift manager calls law enforcement only because he is lazy has never owned a farm or could care less about hard working people with a cause.A WASTE OF TALENT SHOLD HAVE SOLD ICE BOXES TO ESKIMO S

I’d happily give them zero stars. Not saying they have racist working here BUT! I definitely notice an uncomfortable feeling when I try to shop at this store. The staff definitely seem to provide better customer service to white people. Often the person at the register does not even speak when I enter the store and finding help today was a terrible experience. I did not get his name but the unprofessional, dismissive, degree of uncourteous “assistance” I was given today had me leave the store and now I have to drive 35 minutes to another store BUT! I’d rather spend my money at places who value it. Tractor supply as a company is not necessarily to blame but it’s 2024 - if you working with the public you should not be horrible at customer service. Shame on you! I know this store does not need my money but, no worries they won’t get it again and I encourage other people concerned with racial equity to NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!

Love this place! They have everything I need for my Animals, tractor, lawnmower and chainsaw. Great selection of tools trailer tires and parts bolts and screws and lots more hardware
