“Needing a trailer for a recent move, we hit the U-Haul website and were able to reserve a 5 x 8 trailer for pickup at the U-Haul Falwell Airport location. We headed over on the pick-up date and the very helpful guy at the desk got us processed, and on our way, literally within 15 minutes. He was very good with explaining the trailer basics and getting it hitched to the car. Trailer itself was clean and in good condition- we were making a long road trip, so the condition of the vehicle was important. Trailer operated flawlessly and the overall experience was great. Pro-tip: The local locations and the website do not always mesh with what is available and all of your options, so you are advised to call the 800 number Give them a shot if you need this type of equipment”
