Never asked if i wanted insurance on my package i was sending out. And they lost it within 2 days. Can not be replaced items. And now im down $300 bucks. Poor place!!!

Unreliable when it comes to paid for orders, but get all the other junk mail right. Makes no sense and is still ongoing for years.👎🏻👎🏻

They keep miss delivering packages at my apartment. Can they not read the address and the building number? My building is 122 my neighbors is 121 yet they keep getting my mail and I sometimes theirs for same apartment numbers!!!
