I'm so glad I no longer bank at Wells Fargo. I took my mom in today and they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in VA. They are not very wheelchair-friendly either. They do have a divot in the parking lot to get to the sidewalk, but that's where the accessibility ends. The doors are not electric, so you have to try to open the door and navigate the wheelchair in at the same time, which is fun. The inner lobby is so tiny, so you have to wrangle with a 2nd door after you get through the first door. It's like a dang gauntlet to get inside if you are pushing someone in a wheelchair. Once we got it, there were no customers at the counter, 3 tellers, 2 women in offices, and 2 bankers with customers. Not one teller greeted us, so we assumed they were busy and took a seat to wait. After a little while, one of the bankers (who was still with a customer) asked if we needed help, and relayed it to one of the tellers. They have a "handicap" sign at one of the teller windows, but the counter is literally the exact same height, so it's not very accessible either. On a side note, I would NEVER bank somewhere where I had to discuss my private finances with a banker in the LOBBY with other customers within earshot. Shoddy work Wells Fargo.

I've always had very good interactions with staff at this location. And that is over many years. Both inside and in the drive thru. The ATM is broken far too often but I don't feel right blaming staff for that. And I have to be honest, I haven't paid WF a dime in fees in nearly 20 years now. Considering what I get for free, 5 starts might be in order over all.

The most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. Messed the money up between two accounts multiple times, gave me a temporary mobile card that won’t work, so the account is 10% useless. If you’d like to open an account where they’ll take half the cash you have on you and then make it to where it’s inaccessible for weeks along with you direct deposits and you can’t pay bills on the phone then this is the bank for you.

Very disappointed in this bank today. I've been a customer over 15 years. I've been depositing cash at this branch weekly for 2 years now with my business. Today they would not deposit my cash with my bank card they said I needed an ID I've never used an ID before always a bank card. The normal tellers see me all the time when I pull in and wave. I even said its ridiculous and ill look for another bank to do business with and still nothing. I'm sure beacon won't mind my account there. You can deposit at an atm with no ID. How is this any different?

We recently had some financial hoops to jump through from my husband's parents' estate (that was over 10 years old). Nobody was able to help us until we went to Wells Fargo. Awesome customer service! They went the extra mile to help us solve the problem!

I get there and wait patiently to see a banker and I get rushed and pushed out the door so she can get to the next person and said it would be taken care of. Monday I will close my account!
