We had a very positive experience purchasing our preowned vehicle from Madison Ford. Our salesman allowed us to compare vehicles by test driving.
The person working with us on registration and other paperwork was well organized and moved along faster than we expected.

I was in desperate need to buy a car due to an accident I had an Hunter Turner was able to help me . He was able to provide me with different options and prices and made process easier thru email and texts messages in order to make the best decision.
He was kind, patient and knowledgeable.
Hunter cared for me as a human being and not just one more transaction or car to sell.
The finance gentleman William was great to work with as well providing me with options that would allow me to save money with car maintenance and warranties
I’ve dealt with other car dealerships and my experience has been different. The personal at the MadisonFord seem to care for their customers

POTENTIAL FRAUD ALERT
I took my vehicle to Madison Ford at the end of September for service. At minimum they should have changed my oil, rotated my tires, filled my tires, and filled my fluids. None of those things occurred. For all I know they played poker for the 90 minutes I was sitting in the waiting room.
As a side note, I just spoke to their former finance manager. She said the service manager is awesome and would take care of this issue...but I tried that and all I got was a bunch of ridiculously lame excuses for what I found. His awesomeness must have expired.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had Hunter is the best, had everything ready for me to go once I arrived. He answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable. I will return in the future for my next purchase! Ask for Hunter when you go to Madison Ford!!

Very pleasant car buying experience. Our sales rep Hunter was outstanding. Didn't push or pressure us into overspending and answered every question we had. Vehicles were priced right to sale and worked withbus to get to a payment we were confortable paying. We will definitely return to Madison Ford for our future vehicle purchases.
