I popped in with a complaint about my Jeep on a Thursday afternoon. The guy told me that he could get to it tomorrow unless I was able to leave it that night which I couldn’t do. So I dropped it off the next morning. He was able to finish it that day and even offered to drop it off at my work, which is absolutely amazing.

I wanted to love this place and throw some business their way instead of my local shop which I kind of hate. Called for tires, asked for the tire size. Woman on the phone said she couldn’t give me a quote right now but would text me full details in about an hour. So 6 hours go by, called a few more places, got a few more quotes, woman calls me back. Quote for almost $1300, which was $500 more than the next highest quote I had. I asked her to break down the cost for me and she said, 4 tires, mount and balance and alignment, but couldn’t tell me what those things cost. Then she said she’d send me the breakdown via text to my phone with. Couple different tire options……which she never sent. I’m literally trying to do business with you but the communication is so shockingly bad, I can’t in good faith spend that kind of money if you can’t tell me tire cost, mount and balance cost, recycle cost, etc.

Do not go here. They know nothing about cars, 6k rear end is shaking down the road, replaced engine, they installed a broken turbo truck still not running after for months. They stuck

One of our tires got punctured late in the afternoon, and when other places were closed, Madison Auto Repair was able to do a full review of the tire (it’s been a battle-tested tire) and give it a proper patching. The genuine kindness and willingness to help despite running over their closing time is sincerely appreciated, and I’d absolutely recommend this shop. Thanks for your help!

I called last week or so asking if they'd be able to read my TPMS and tell me which of the sensors were the issue before driving over. They weren't able to help me at that time, but were able to recommend another local shop which was more than helpful. If I'm ever in Madison and need help with my car, I now know two places I will gladly go to! I can't thank them enough for helping me out. I now know which sensor is the issue and am trying to work to get them replaced under their warranty. Thank you again!!

Our battery died in the Madison Food Lion parking lot and, of course, we did not have jumper cables. We called Madison Auto Repair to see if they could help and one of the owners came immediately and charged the battery. Thank you Madison Auto Repair! We live in Etlan and will definitely use your business for our auto needs going forward.

We were passing through on our way to a hiking trip when all of a sudden, our car started shaking and the check engine light started flashing. We found Madison Auto Repair and they took our car right in and had it back to us within an hour! It still runs fine! Great service! And they even recommended some hiking trips. Thank you!

I was driving a rental car when a warning light came on. Stumbled across this business. The gentleman who greeted me promptly immediately started to assess the situation. He took care of the problem quickly, and let me know what information to pass on to the rental company. If I lived in the area, I'd return for future repair needs.
