“Just recently had my wedding of 136 people at this gorgeous estate. Julie and Dave were so unbelievably nice, hospitable, and very flexible based on our needs for the weekend. Walden Hall was the PERFECT location, both my and my husband's family were able to enjoy each others company the entire weekend, and we got so many compliments about the venue. Would highly recommend this venue for anyone getting married.”

“I always make a point to stop in at Prince Michel Winery if I am anywhere near the area. It's a fun way to spend an afternoon with friends. One of the oldest wineries in Virginia, they have a lot of experience and skill in making top notch wine with several varieties to choose from. They have beer here now too, Tap 29 . Beer brewed at the premesis. Have a beer with some of the wonderful food choices and you can't go wrong.”
“The atmosphere, people, and food — in the order you encounter them as you enter, are seated, and then dine — were all superb. It had been years since we were last here, and it was every bit as good as we remember it. We don’t dine out as much as we used to, but I think we will return to the Inn at Willow Grove more often now. My advice: When you go out for dinner (or lunch), make it memorable. This is a top place for that.”
“It was a pleasure to host a 3 day "Women's Summit" at the Inn at Willow Grove. The the venue was perfect, the service was exceptional, and the spa treatments were phenomenal. From being greeted with a glass of Prosecco, to having coffee or tea, with beignets delivered to your room each morning, and peaceful surrounding, we couldn't have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend for pleasure or business. You won't be disappointed!”
“We had the most wonderful time! We stayed in the Lafayette Cottage which was comfortable and private. Dinner was absolutely phenomenal and the flourless chocolate cake we had was one of the best desserts I've ever eaten. The Inn itself is cozy and welcoming - we enjoyed breakfast each morning and drank tea by the fire and played games in the evening. The back porch also has a wonderful view of the sunset to enjoy. The trail is a great way to see the property and get some exercise and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back!”

“I cannot wait to go back to Early Mountain! The BF and I had a great experience! The ride was so beautiful... I put my phone away and just enjoyed the scenery. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and seated immediately. The service and food were amazing! We both enjoyed the food and some good wine. The menu offers several selections even for vegetarians! Definitely check it out! Don't leave before you try dessert the carrot cake and yuzu cheesecake were both delicious!”
