Can be confusing but easier for the service members to read as everyone is near the main military bases.The left side of the highway is for u-turns.Right side of the way is for exits. There’s an express lane similar to the NYC HOV lane for large cars, SUVS, buses, and motorcades.Stay safe & healthy everybody. ☮️✌?”
