“While traveling from Texas, I accidentally dismantled the rear-view mirror bracket on my Subaru Outback Wilderness while trying to hang a Lucid ornament we received with my sister’s new Lucid in Virginia. Not a great situation—especially on January 1st.

“Needed to get my windshield replaced so I made an appointment with Safelite. I don't like not having a set time for my appointment, they just give you a 5 hour window so it made things a little difficult but I made it work. The driver did call me when he was on his way and again when he arrived. The service did take less time than he thought and he did a great job. I do feel that the price was a bit much even if you choose the payment plan. We could have gone through our insurance but it was more expensive. Overall a great job was done and I am pleased with their work.”
