Thomas and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. The chimney inspection was very thorough and he explained everything so that I knew all the options for repair or replacement moving forward. The price for the inspection was very reasonable. The subsequent repair work was also excellent. I highly recommend.

Very disappointed with their lack of basic service. More than a month ago, Thomas showed up at our house and spent a couple of hours telling looking at our fireplace (we're looking to install a fireplace insert). Then a few days later, another technician came to check the gas line. Five weeks later, I'm still waiting for a quote. I have called Thomas and the company line. They glibly tell me an estimate will be emailed within a day. Nothing so far. Will move ahead with the others who were professional enough to send me some numbers.

I called Chim Chim Churee to come and help with turning on my pilot light an easier way than getting down on the floor and performing a complicated set of instructions. I had just moved into this house and didn’t know how to do it.
The time window for arriving was between 12-2. He called me at 12 and let me know that the arrival time would be closer to 2, which was much appreciated. He came and turned on the pilot light for me and made sure that I could turn it on by just flipping a switch.
The price was fair and he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I like honest people who don’t try and rip me off. I would recommend Chim Chim Curee for anyone’s fireplace needs.

I highly recommend Chim-Chim-Churee Chimney as an excellent chimney specialist. Thomas and his team were excellent in communication and quality. Likewise, they were fair and honest during the whole process. They rebuilt and refined my two large chimneys and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Great Falls, VA.

Thomas was able to schedule an inspection and repair of our chimney on short notice to satisfy a contingency on the sale of our house. He provided two detailed estimates of needed repairs and did replace the crown. This was my second experience with Chim-Chim Churee and I recommend them. -Bob

Thomas came over and serviced our wood burning stove insert. He was fantastic. He went above and beyond with the cleaning, repositioning, sealing, etc. It is obvious that he is knowledgeable, experienced, and cares about the quality of his work. We'll be calling on him regularly from now on. I highly recommend him.

Great experience with chim-chim churee! Great guys, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The tech called earlier in the morning with an estimated time and they were spot on which is really appreciated. They came in and quickly inspected my chimney. They respected my home by taking their shoes off outside and making sure not to damage my living room floors. Overall, a great experience and plan on using them in the future.

I recommend Chim-Chim Churee Chimney and Masonry for all your chimney needs! They came out to install our insert into out fireplace, repaired the exterior bricks n our chimney and I have them out each year to inspect and clean my chimney prior to wood burning season! Great company, great people, great customer service!
