The Manassas Park Community Center is a sparkling clean, modern facility that offers a wide range of amenities for the local community. With friendly and responsive staff, the center boasts a weight room, indoor swimming pool, and a large gymnasium that are all well-maintained and heavily utilized, even during events like elections. The center's grounds are generally well-kept, though some users have been known to leave behind litter, particularly in the dog park, playgrounds, and small shaded pavilion areas. The staff work hard to maintain the appearance of the facilities, and the center has recently undergone improvements to the roads and sidewalks, which are appreciated by the community. The indoor pool and weight room are particular highlights, with the swim lessons being described as excellent and affordable. While the center is praised as a great community resource, some users have expressed frustration with the high membership costs and the limited availability of the pool and gymnasium, which are often booked for sports and activities during the times when most people would want to use them. Overall, the Manassas Park Community Center is seen as a valuable asset to the local community, offering a range of recreational and social opportunities in a well-maintained, modern setting.
Good swimming pool and a nice basketball court. But will say sometime when I get out of the pool the chlorine smell is really strong. Also in rare occasions I also smell funny. Pool does need better maintenance.
