Doug and his team are truly impressive. I received top notch customer service from my initial phone call about the work (air ride install and two battery upgrade) I wanted done on my Slingshot to pick up. They literally went the extra mile to take care of me. Doug was on vacation half way around the world, but still responded to my questions and provided me important feedback about my build. Additionally, I truly appreciate Fernando, who came in on Saturday (his off day) while Doug was on vacation, so I could drop off my Slingshot…customer service on a level above the rest. Talk about something being on another level…my Slingshot after they completed the work. When I pulled up to pick up my Slingshot I was blown away by the results…truly amazing work. If you need general work done or looking to take your ride to the next level…don’t hesitate…call Doug at METRICKS…you won’t be disappointed!

I originally contacted Doug about wheel lights for my slingshot. The very first interaction with him was impressive. Doug was professional, extremely knowledgeable and definitely considerate to my desire to be mindful of cost. So I settled on wheel lights, fender and a light switch. I dropped off my bike, met Doug and he showed me around the shop. Seeing the quality of work, craftsmanship, passion and attention to detail in the work he and his team were doing on other bikes was IMPRESSIVE! So much so that I also ended up getting a Slingwing, Lip Kit, new wheels and turned him loose to add some graphics. And Doug and his team DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I’m going to edit this review later and add some photos once I get my baby cleaned up but the team at Metricks did an awesome job! So if you’re looking for a Slingshot refresh, vehicle or bike…. Team Metricks is your GO TO spot! Quality Craftsmanship, Quality products and exceptional customer service! I’ll be back and if you visit Metricks you will also! They are awesome! Known Doug and his team for over 20 years from my kid's crotch rockets and Yamaha 4 wheelers to my k1500 4wd to my Harley. Hell, i think they even fixed a chain saw for me way back when. Just honest good people

My first time visiting the Metricks and it was the best customer service experience. I needed alignment and a tire and rim right away on my slingshot and was able to get service the same day. The dedication to getting my slingshot serviced was amazing! This place is the place to go for your slingshot. I will no longer be going to the dealership for my service anymore. These guys do everything you can imagine to your slingshot and more. You are reasonable accommodated with a scheduled service unlike the dealership. You have to wait months to get on the dealership schedule. I highly recommend the Metricks. The service is unmatched. When I say they go above and beyond for you, they do it on a high a high level. I had no idea that this place existed. I am glad a found a solid foundation that gets the job done.

This is the best machine shop in Northern Virginia. They also have lots of Polaris Slingshot parts and accessories as well as custom Lambo front ends for the Slingshot.They did a great job in customizing my Can-Am Ryker with audio and LED lights. Talk to Doug. #3-wheel nation ??
