“This post office in the back of Ace Hardware store is a hidden gem. They have great hours and there’s never a line. Maybe waited for 5 minutes once. Avoid the craziness of the big USPS off PWP behind BJs and go to this place if you want quick service with no lines.”

“They service a small community and know just about everyone - friendly and quick considering they only have two service desks. Elsa and the other lady (sorry I keep forgetting her name) are always doing their best to provide the best customer support. BTW, the close up for one hour between 2 - 3 PM daily for their lunch I believe.”

“Mark actually picked up the phone and found my express letter that was sitting in Dulles distribution center for the last week. I was calling all the numbers for the Dulles distribution center and no one bothered to answer . Tracking was not useful at all. “Tucked away on a side street I've never been on I had to use Waze to get there. Even then I took wrong turns twice before I found it. Anyway I finally found it. There was one other car there. I walked in the first door. Its a lobby area with po boxes. To the right is a second door. This area has mailables both envelopes and boxes. I stood in line and waited for a worker to come out. She was cordial and greeted me with a warm smile. I had a mailer which she processed then gave me a receipt. Since this was my first time there I asked if there were other post offices in Manassas Park. She mentioned there is a drop off facility on Euclid Avenue, it's not full service. I thanked her for the information.”
