Rude staff. Poor quality control. I’ve been ordering frozen drinks at Sheetz for so many times and I KNOW what a frozen latte looks like, definitely not like what I got yesterday in this pic ? (pic taken freshly from pickup, haven’t touched at all, that guy’s poker face didn’t wanna explain or remake it)

I love that this Sheetz it's so convenient. It is very easy to get in, and out. And there seem to be a lot of gas pumps. That's the good. Now for the not so good. I come here for the gas- And there are often issues with the gas pumps. It is beyond frustrating to try to get gas and have to move your car to another gas pump. I've had trouble paying; the card readers often don't work. You can pretty much count on this if it's a cold day. They are regularly out of receipts and you get a message saying that the cashier has it. If I pay at the pump I want to get my receipt at the pump. Why would I want to pay and then walk inside for no other reason? Maybe some people go to Sheetz only for the food. Unfortunately, I'm not one of them.

Try a chill dog and it was the best hot dog I have had in years, small but really good. Turn it into a quarter pound and make the fixings free. Until then I just got to except what you have.

Today you lost 2 stars, reason 1 no gloves while handling food. Not her fault, she was train not to. These chill dogs look like a hot mess.

I gave a online website review to sheetz. If they like and think something positive out of it please keep me in well wishes . I miss my home city and i am not able to go there and suffering please maybe you keep me in well wishes help me to get to my home city and help me to live and life with freedom.

I purchased a roll of snuff at this store and didn't realize until I got home that the sales person gave me fine cut instead of long cut. This is a mistake that any of us could have made--no big deal. I asked to exchange the unopened product for the correct item and was told no. The only explanation I received was that it was store policy to not return or exchange anything for any reason. It made no difference to the manager that this was the result of an employee mistake, not mine. I assumed I received the correct item when I left the store and didn't check. However, based upon the policy it wouldn't have mattered one the transaction was complete. I called later and asked for the name of the store manager. The employee who picked up asked me to hold and a moment later I heard the phone hang up. I called the corporate customer service number and received the same explanation--no exchanges or returns, no exceptions. I'm very disappointed with this lack of sensible customer service Sheetz provided in this instance. There are a lot of other choices out there.
