Just outstanding customer service! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with everything I needed for my project, including great recommendations on brushes and rollers. Super friendly, helpful people work here!

Stood there for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. I had a simple question but the workers failed to give customer service. I didn't even get a "we'll be right with you." Maybe some customer service training is needed. I had to leave as it didn't seem as though anyone cared to assist me. Off to Benjamin Moore paints.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received and willnever go to this location again. He completely messed up the type of paint. I didn’t even realize until I go back to get a new gallon for the second coat and start painting and it’s not the same color. I did all this painting for absolutely nothing! He never once apologized, but instead blames his huge mistake on me by saying I confused him! Even if I did it’s his fault for not clarifying. All he had to do was say - I’m so sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding and for the giant inconvenience. But no!

Talked to staff about color matching and when I came in they said they could not. I had to do all of the leg work to try and find the colors and they were less than helpful. I am by no means a paint professional but I did a much better job than they did and all I did was use google to get everything I need. At the end of the day I had to go to Lowe’s because I wasted hours trying to get them to put an ounce of care into their work. Horrendous work ethic and unprofessional. Oh and when I mentioned the paint matching the manager was more concerned with saying she didn’t tell me that rather than fixing the issue or trying to find a resolution. Fact is an employee made a hollow promise, it is now their responsibility to try and find a resolution to it.
