“Love this place! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good thrifting experience. There are a ton of new or barely used items. It's so organized, the prices make sense, and the store smells, looks, and feels very clean- which I can't say for every thrift store. The staff is great and so helpful, shoutout to Elda! I try to stop in weekly to check out the stuff. I always leave with something :)”

“I love this little thrift shop in the heart of Old Town Manassas. That being said, I don't understand the store hours. They change it seems, often and they are not open enough hours on the days they are there. I'm afraid they can't last in this recession without being open 10-5 six days a week. I just googled their current hours They are ONLY open 11am-3pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri. Wednesday 11-2. Who can shop those times? This is really distressing. Maybe open the hours more and instead of volunteering, you'd be able to pay minimum wage? Or advertise that you are looking for volunteers. There has got to be a way”
“Price's are low and there are often discounts. Not the largest store/selection, but it's not overwhelming either, and they get some good stuff. Dropping off donations is also easy and staff have always been friendly.”
“I have been shopping at the Chantilly Restore for many years and have purchased so many amazing items at a deep discount. Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams dining room chairs, Hooker China cabinets, new Miele gas dryer, leather sofa, end tables, beautiful outdoor table and chairs, kitchen cabinets, etc etc. Benji and James are wonderful managers who always make me feel welcome and respected. The pricing is always fair. Grateful for this store and happy to support a great cause.”
“This store had some amazing finds for a pretty good deal! Extremely friendly & helpful workers. They have all kinds of furniture, lighting, appliances, etc. We got two great bedside tables and a tv stand. Will be back for more!”

“Wonderful customer service! Daphne and Caroline were so helpful and gave me a refresher on how the process worked again as I haven’t been in a couple years. They were only able to take a couple items as this store is a selective location (I called and knew this prior to arriving). After checking out, Daphne and Caroline had referred me to the Dulles location to try my other items and the Dulles location had taken a majority of what was left over. Overall, a great experience and will definitely come back next spring cleaning!!”

“I am not a big reviewer, but I have to write a review about the most wonderful, caring employee who just helped me unload and donate an SUV of donations at 8:55 when they were almost full from donations from that day. He could sense my sheer panic when I realized I was too late, and he was so patient and kind. Savers, give this young man a raise/bonus/promotion. He was considerate and kind - I have never interacted with someone like this when trying to drop off donations. Thank you, awesome person, for being so understanding and considerate of a tired, slightly cranky mom.”
