“Love this place! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good thrifting experience. There are a ton of new or barely used items. It's so organized, the prices make sense, and the store smells, looks, and feels very clean- which I can't say for every thrift store. The staff is great and so helpful, shoutout to Elda! I try to stop in weekly to check out the stuff. I always leave with something :)”

“Price's are low and there are often discounts. Not the largest store/selection, but it's not overwhelming either, and they get some good stuff. Dropping off donations is also easy and staff have always been friendly.”
“I have been shopping at the Chantilly Restore for many years and have purchased so many amazing items at a deep discount. Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams dining room chairs, Hooker China cabinets, new Miele gas dryer, leather sofa, end tables, beautiful outdoor table and chairs, kitchen cabinets, etc etc. Benji and James are wonderful managers who always make me feel welcome and respected. “This place is awesome. The staff at dropoff are extremely friendly and will meet you outside regardless of weather. It has an easy pull up area which is covered and they help you unload.
When my son recently left his expensive jacket in one of the bags I dropped off, the staff went through a lot of bins within the hour and found it, and returned it to me. I was shocked. It’s easier for them to just say that it was donated, etc but they were so kind about it. The manager, Genai (sp?) was lovely as well and offered to keep it in her office so I could take my time coming back to get it. What a wonderful crew!”
“Wonderful customer service! Daphne and Caroline were so helpful and gave me a refresher on how the process worked again as I haven’t been in a couple years. They were only able to take a couple items as this store is a selective location (I called and knew this prior to arriving). After checking out, Daphne and Caroline had referred me to the Dulles location to try my other items and the Dulles location had taken a majority of what was left over. Overall, a great experience and will definitely come back next spring cleaning!!”

“My review was deleted so I am re-posting. This location always has items in stock with many selections to choose from including clothing, housewares, books, accessories, and much more. I've come here multiple times to stock up on active wear and professional clothes for a good deal. Donation drop-offs are also easy and simple. This location does accept blankets for donations which is very convenient considering others often do not.”
“I am not a big reviewer, but I have to write a review about the most wonderful, caring employee who just helped me unload and donate an SUV of donations at 8:55 when they were almost full from donations from that day. He could sense my sheer panic when I realized I was too late, and he was so patient and kind. Savers, give this young man a raise/bonus/promotion. He was considerate and kind - I have never interacted with someone like this when trying to drop off donations. Thank you, awesome person, for being so understanding and considerate of a tired, slightly cranky mom.”
