I rented a truck 10 foot , the first three hours that truck started to have problems I can’t switch between drive mode reverse or parking one !
I called customer service thye told me that crew on the way , 4 hours later they came and they fix the problem and told me the truck is in a good shape then , next day I had the same issue stuck on a shopping plaza parking lot !
Called again the sent a mechanic , another issue beside the first one dead battery no ignition!
Then I decided to drop off the truck after jumping and I got an email of the hill over 200$ for less than 24 hours and most of the time was wasted fixing the truck !
I called customer service about the bill they told me the manager will call me , they never did ! And my bill still the same !
Terrible service
Greedy for money with a broken trucks !

Very bad people attitude keeping you more then one hour and nothing is ready charging you extra day if you pass 10 minutes charge you over the rate on mile too

As soon as I pulled in, a young man was directing me where to park the truck. 5 stars out of 5 for being alert, and decisive. Two young men were outside giving directions and checking trucks in and out. They were fabulous, respectful, mannerly, and kind. I would definitely do business at this location anytime I need a truck.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend
I rented a 10ft truck for just 3 hours and drove only 19 miles. The advertised price was $19.95, but I ended up being charged $93.01! They added a $25 cleaning fee just because there was a little bit of mud — nothing major. On top of that, they charged me $18 for gas even though I only drove 19 miles. How does 19 miles of gas cost $18?
This felt like a total ripoff. I will never go back to this location.

Jerome was amazing! He handled 3 customers at the same time, there seems to be lack of personnel but he handled it with the best attitude and made the biggest effort to speak to his spanish speaking clients

I want to praise and give kudos to the store manager, Jerome S, for his cheerful demeanor and great customer service. The early morning check-in/rental pickup I scheduled went smooth and actually less painful, even while he was training a new employee.
