In picking up and dropping off the truck the staff were informative, thorough, and quick. The truck was ready at the needed time and was clean both in driver compartment and cargo area.

If you rent from this location, watch your CC bill. Rented a trailer for 10 hours and checked my account the next day and there were 2 charges on my account. The original 70 dollar charge and an additional 90 dollar charge. Had to call and get it fixed. Doesn't seem to be a trustworthy business.

Picking up the truck was relatively easy, even though it smelled of smoke, had a discard cigarette butt in the cab, and drove like it was on its last legs. Whatever, I only needed it a few hours.However, returning it after hours continues to be a nightmare. The after hours check in link did not work so I had to call customer service, who advised me everything would be taken care of by the staff in the morning. In the morning, instead of the additional $1ish charge I was expecting, it was over $30 extra. When I called back into customer service, she advised it was an erroneous charge based on how the initial rental was set up (an error on the store's side, not mine) and I should see a credit on my account excluding the proper $1ish charge. It's been 4 days since and I'm currently talking to the 3rd rep about this issue, who is telling me the refund will hit my account early next week (so a full week following the actual rental).Even though every single customer service rep I've spoken to has been really nice, it's a really bad policy to charge erroneous charges immediately but takes multiple days to apply the adjustment. I hope the refund comes through next week because I really don't want to have to call a 4th time.

BE VERY CAREFUL RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION. I recently rented from them. I had the truck for 4 hours and was very careful to make sure not to cause any damage to it as I did not take the damage insurance. I was recently reviewing my bank account and see a charge for $103 from U-Haul. I checked the receipt on their site, it shows the charge is $34.75. I called their customer service department and found out the site is claiming a scratch on their tailgate and "a handle is popping out." I never so much as opened the glove box and the tailgate was lowered electronically using the key.

Initially there was a slight mishap with a reservation, but the staff was very friendly and the GM fixed my situation swiftly and was helpful! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

I would have given 0 stars if it would be possible. The customer service representative was rude and did not have sense of politeness. I felt like U-Haul was doing me a big favor by giving me a business instead of I was giving them a business. I should have gone to somewhere else for better service. I'm addition, their parking lot was not available to park the customer's car. I was ordered to park at the nearest other business's parking lot, what nonsense. U-haul lost one customer just for being rude to its customers. I would rather travel 20 minutes far away from this place to rent a vehicle from other companies and locations.

Carrie is awesome and this storage facility has been great for the few years I stored my things here. If I wasn't moving I would stay for sure.

Hands-down one of the best U-Haul dealerships I’ve ever had to deal with. There are several other local and even closer spots to pick up but I would take the extra trip and come here anytime. The team is amazing, I highly recommend if possible anytime make a reservation with them over anybody else locally

Worst experience ever- ruined our move!! I'd give 0 stars is possible. We reserved a 26' truck and not only did the service light come on within 5 minutes (found out shortly thereafter it was not drivable and had to go in for major service) but was it also rickety and filthy, and they left a dolly inside with the back door open and it fell out on the road into the path of an oncoming car!! The managers then got us a 20' truck which was 30 minutes away- which they said was all that was available- costing us money and inconvenience of having to rent another truck to complete our move later. No apologies, no concessions made by the managers there- just absolute rudeness. Absolutely unreal, but we will follow through to make sure we get compensation for our enormous inconvenience and extra expenses. We have since heard that U-Haul now has a terrible reputation and Hertz is the way to go. We will definitely use HERTZ, never U-Haul, in the future.

I RENTED A TRAILER FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS. U-HAUL CHARGED MY ACCOUNT TWICE AND PUT MY ACCOUNT IN THE NEGATIVE. I CALLED AND "OOPS, SORRY ABOUT THAT! YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK IN ABOUT A WEEK" WAS WHAT I GOT. THEY REFUNDED ONE OF THE CHARGES AND LEFT ME WITH THE OVERDRAFT FEES. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID "CALL YOUR BANK AND SEE IF THEY WILL DROP THE FEE" HOW ABOUT YOU GIVE ME THE MONEY YOU TOOK.

Rented multiple trucks and multiple storage units here over several years. They are clean, reliable, have great service, and address issues quickly and effectively.

This location is full of thieves and deceivers if you have high blood pressure come with someone to return the car because when you hear the balance you might have a stroke. Trust me they are like a gang
