I have never experienced such a bizarre customer service in my life! I asked if they had pizzas, and they said, “Yes, we have them all.” When I told them I only wanted 2 slices, the cashier frowned, looked down, thought for a moment, and reluctantly said “okay.” At that moment, they opened the freezer right under the oven behind the counter; it was stuffed with pizzas, I saw it with my own eyes!
I went to the restroom for just 1 minute, and when I came back, the cashier shamelessly told me, “We don’t have any pizzas, but you can check the drink coolers if you want.” Seriously? The freezer behind you is overflowing with pizzas, yet you send me to look at soda coolers? That’s a straight-up distraction tactic and a waste of my time.
I couldn’t believe it, so I sent my friend inside to test it. My friend asked for a whole pizza, and suddenly the cashier’s attitude changed: “Of course, we can prepare it right away!” So here’s the truth: if you want 2 slices, they say “no pizza,” but if you buy the whole thing, suddenly “pizza exists.” Such a petty, disrespectful trick.
Trying to deceive customers like this doesn’t suit the brand or basic decency. After this experience, buying pizza from here again? Never!

I am a huge Slurpee fan and this is my favorite store for Mountain Dew slurpees!
I’ve been going here almost daily for the past year and I will say there has been a big improvement in staffing. Everyone that works there is friendly and kind.
*update no more original Mountain Dew slurpees :(

This store has gone down. I come here for gas about two times per week. There is never receipt paper at the pumps. You have to go inside to ask for your receipt. I have told them about this several times before. This is a inconvenience for me and others. I now go to the other 7-11 on Sudley Rd. Please fix this simple problem. You are asking for more information in your response. No more information is needed. I have explained the issue very clearly. This is a easy fix, check your gas pumps for receipt paper weekly or as needed. Thanks,

Horrible customer service. The man working alone is very negative and upset. He barely even greets anyone that comes in. He overcharged me for some items, and when I showed him the price, he said that I was wrong that it was a smaller one. Then when he seen, I was right, he took the sign down and said this is an old promotion. he was right about that but he got upset when I said how come a lot of 7-Eleven these days don’t change prices and this stuff is happening. He said I work overnight and it’s not my responsibility and just put the blame on other people and said, if I don’t like it then complain. so many excuses and he agreed that it’s just about money and they don’t care. Pay or leave was his attitude pretty much.

Terrible customer service here from the cashiers. They literally don't care about customer satisfaction and are not attentive to the lines. Cashier will barely acknowledge you and you'll end up having to scan your payment twice if you pay apple pay as they are too busy on their phone to proceed with the transaction. Shameful management here, I don't even blame the employees. 7/11 corporate don't bother replying here with an AI response asking me to submit my complaints elsewhere, no thats YOUR JOB AS A COMPANY, I'VE ALREADY EXPRESSED MY EXPERIENCE ON RECORD!

Cashier had an attitude and had gotten at me because they could not read I guess. He kept trying to upsell me on a more expensive box of vape pods than I was asking for. Shame this was the better 711 off balls ford.

I went to this store around 9:40pm and this customer service rep. was talking on phone and staring me with a strange look. It made me feel insecure. When I paid for my goodies, he was still talking on phone in his own native language, loud voice. He then bagged my items and threw it at me. Doesn’t even belong single star.Never ever going to this store again.
