Well, as long as I heard that every convenience store should have a restroom open for public and customers, but the store right now it is 12:12 AM and I asked for restroom. They said restroom is not working. I’m not really sure whether they are lazy enough to clean the restroom or their restroom is really not working. But got denied.

They always give a bad service today I Went to buy a milk and the lady charged me 3 times and when I ask for recive she did not give me one I could not understand what she was saying so I have call my bank to cancel 2 extra transaction horrible service is the nearest one for me but is not worthy

The man at the counter charged me TWICE knowingly. My card was approved and was clearly stated on the checkout screen but he instructed me to move to a different checkout counter and charged me again. My bank confirms I was charged twice a minute apart. I don’t know what scheme they’re running there but another girl left a review with the same experience which is very suspicious. I have contacted my bank and will be making a further report of the incident. Someone truly needs to look into this establishment. I will not be back.

Had one the the workers grab my arm and pull me in when he was behind the counter while I was tryna get cigarillos said it was because he couldn’t here me I always have a bad experience with the workers whenever I go to this location there just plain rude and don’t seem too want my kind of business will gladly take it else where

They sold me a ramen noodles that was already open. Like seriously? It's very obvious you tried to cover it up and sell it as if it's new. The seal was broken and the wrapper was forced back together to make it look like the seal wasn't broken. That is just dishonest and irresponsible dude. I'm gonna stop coming here and go to the one down the street from you. I was an everyday customer up until this.

The plus sized man who works late nights has an attitude. After he finished with the customer ahead of me, he went to pick up his phone and was texting as he slowly walked back to the register to cash me out. When he finally looked up from his phone, he didn't greet me. Just looked at me as if I was interrupting him. Not surprisingly, he handed me my receipt without a word. I guess I shouldn't expect basic politeness at a 7-11.

If I could give 0 stars, I most certainly would. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING, sinks don't work. I recommend going to one of the other 7 eleven's in the area because this whole environment is mediocre at best.

homeless people harass you when you go in because they sit directly beside the door. there were four of them when i went in today and if i didnt need to get something then i wouldve not gone in.
