I am extremely disappointed with this 7-Eleven location. My brakes went out as I was pulling into the lot, so I parked out of the way and had someone on the way to fix it. The car was there for only 3 hours and in that short time they decided to call a tow truck and have it removed.
What makes this worse is that my office and my daycare are right beside this store. I get gas here every single time, and we fuel company vehicles here as well. I have personally spent a significant amount of money at this location, and so has my workplace and the daycare families next door. After how this was handled, none of us will be returning.
Three hours. That’s all it was. Instead of showing a little understanding for a loyal customer with a legitimate emergency, they chose to tow my car. Absolutely terrible customer service and a great way to lose long term business.
Good job!! This location just lost multiple customers permanently.

Came at 11 30 at night. Store was dirty. All they had was 2 cheeseburger big bites and a regular hot dog. No mustard. No relish. I guess the guy working there was a mute. He never spoke to me at all. No greeting . No thanks for your buisiness. He looked dirtier than the store. Will not be back

Only the smaller cups no XL or XXL
No Super GULP or Double Gulp cups.
To many 7-Elevens in Manassas so on to the next one to get what we want.
7 eleven should have a decent stock of all the sizes and keep them in. Stock.
We have been going to 7-eleven for drinks and hotdogs and such since we were kids. 7- eleven should do its part and keep this stuff in stock.

Came at 3:25 AM the guy showed up after 8 min was because the machine was making a noise, and still had the audacity to lie and tell me he saw me but he was busy, the machine was cleaning mod he told me i can use it after 8 min i told him i will wait, then he said you can go to different 7 eleven, pretty much he is kicking me out.I really want everyone to know him he pushing business away and he is not even working.

Small place, with usual 7-eleven choice with shared location with a gas station. Deli food looks old and over cooked. Not recommend.

They even have little hand baskets you can carry around to "shop" like a real grocery store! Also it might be because its fairly new but it doesn't have that nasty 7-11 smell that most 7-11's do.
