Did good work on my transmission, guaranteed the work with a 10 day check and a year warranty. I got quotes from most multiple shops in the area and this place had the best price. Fixed my problem in a timely manner.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Beware. The battery had died in my car and after I jumped it some of the readings weren't registering on the center navigation so I took my car in to AAMCO to get a new battery dropped in and the computer reset. In the state I lived in previously I had always had a good experience with AAMCO so I thought it would be somewhat the same... I was so wrong. I called them near close the next day because I hadn't heard anything back and they told me they didn't get to look at the car. When they did they told me what I already knew and I agreed. A day passed and I called them the following day.they said it would take a couple more days to install the battery and reset the computer. I knew something wasn't right so I told them I'd pay for the electrical diagnostic because they said they did it and take it somewhere else. When I arrived they told me they hadn't done the diagnostic but still charged me the diagnostic fee anyway so I paid 250.00 for some guy to lift the hood... maybe. I saw that the car hadn't been touched but to move it to their garage when I picked it up. I then took it somewhere else and they did everything, gave me a full report, and more in less than 24 hours. My advice... take it elsewhere.

I was in Manassas for a work meeting this afternoon when the skid plate in my car began dragging on the pavement. I stopped in to this AAMCO location and asked if they could help fix this issue. They were very friendly throughout the process. They were able to squeeze me in quickly and didn't charge me anything. I was blown away with their customer service. Would highly recommend.

on June 9th I bought my 2013 Caddy six into the AAMCO in Manassas because I thought the transmission was slipping. Brad said he didn't have an open bay but h would call me asap when a ba opened up. I called a week late, no open bay, a second week went by and I called...same answer . July 2nd still nothing, I don't think they wanted me waiting in the shop. makes me wonder what ki of work do they do?

I took my car in for transmission issues. it was just slipping when shifting. They looked at it and said it was likely the computer but needed more diagnostics. They charged me $250 to put it up in the air and hook to their reader only to find out it was the computer. They then wanted to charge me another $1495 to put in the computer and told me that they would then give me an estimate to rebuild the transmission and the computer wouldn't be covered unless trans was rebuilt which after taking the car to my dealership the transmission was perfectly fine. Aamco is just out to take people's money not help them.

Great service! I was cross the street and my car wasn’t working. I went to ask for help and they were so kind to help me with the battery. The person at the front desk which I forgot to ask for his name and Terry we’re so helpful and kind.

Asked for new brake pads. They installed $2500. worth of work on a 2007 Honda Civic. Stay away.

They tried to tell me I had a major problem with my transmission when I did not. When they made this claim I told them it was under warranty and gave them the number to call. They call me back the next day and tell me the warranty won't cover it and that Honda dealer won't fix it but name the wrong warranty. I correct them and they later call me back and tell me I have to take it to Honda dealer. At Honda dealer I discover that the car needed exactly what I told AAMCO, no transmission parts to replace just replace transmission fluid three times and its a known issue that Honda did cover.
