Great group of people to partner with and work with on projects. All their salespeople, and drivers and teams are knowledgeable and professional. They're also an outstanding neighbor: every single day, they have people walking the perimeter of their property picking up the trash that's all too common in an industrial space.

Able Moving and Storage did a wonderful job moving me out of my townhouse and into my new home. They arrived on time, wrapped everything carefully, and loaded it efficiently into the truck. When we arrived, they unloaded quickly, reassembled all of the furniture, and made sure everything was placed where it needed to be. The team was kind, professional, and fast. We used Able Moving & Storage for a move from VA to NC a couple of months ago, and we were extremely satisfied with the experience. Their customer service team was easy to work with, and the moving crew on our job was top notch. They were punctual, hard-working, and efficient, and they packed everything with great care and attention to detail. The crew worked very hard to get everything right, and we had zero damage. I would recommend Able Moving & Storage without hesitation.

Used Able to facilitate a 4br house move from Springfield to Warrenton. Able is extremely competitively priced and even when we had to add a second day, it still stayed under some of the other bids we received. They also moved our hot tub, which several competitors refused to do.
While we saved money, we did not sacrifice at all on quality and customer service. The five-man crew that worked both of my move days was on time, respectful, hard working, and enjoyable to be around. I would gladly use Able again and recommend them without hesitation.

From the moment I contacted Able moving the service provider to the moving crew all were very professional. The communication between me and them was clear. They understood my needs and explained to me how the process was going to be handled.

We had a great experience with Able handling our recent local two-stop move (Job #573250). Our moving coordinator, Jill Bledsoe, was invaluable providing information, helpful tips, & reassurance. The moving crew headed by Arsenio arrived 40 minutes early, which we weren't prepared for, but we made it work so the crew could get right to work, & boy, did they! They finished our packing in less than two hours & then loaded quickly but carefully to make sure everything going to storage was loaded first, followed by everything going to our new place. The unloading went fast & smooth at both locations (new place first in case we weren't able to fit all we had planned as we were down-sizing somewhat). The crew worked straight through lunchtime to finish early, which saved us a nice chunk of money off the original estimate. We were thrilled! We will definitely use Able again when the time comes to move long distance to be closer to family. We highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with Able Moving and Storage. My move was seamless and quick with zero damage to any of my belongings. The crew was super friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get everything done ahead of schedule. On top of that, the customer service team was great—responsive, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a smooth moving experience.

Everyone I worked with was friendly, efficient, and professional. The guys who did the actual move had a BIG day with loading, unloading, loading, and unloading at three different locations. They handled it all with grace, even though they must have been exhausted!

If you’re moving, you WANT Able Movers. They handled the storage to storage portion of my PCS move. They were on time, very professional, expert packers, and frankly I wish I could do more than leave a review, tip, and buy them waters/gatorade. My POS storage unit company didn’t email/notify anyone the freight elevator was down so the Able Movers team did it all by stairs, up and down to and from the 4th floor. This *included* moving an outdoor grill down those flights of stairs. They didn’t complain, didn’t pressure me to reschedule, they just knocked it out. Give them your business/move, you will NOT regret it.

I have moved 41 times in my lifetime thus far and I have never seen care like this. They were incredibly professional and conscientious about our belongings and our home. Such a great group of folks during an anxiety filled time. I would recommend them to everyone!

They took great care with my home and personal belongings and executed the entire process flawlessly. Eric did a fantastic job organizing and coordinating the entire move. I had to thank this company and commend the team that moved me this week. Prior to the move, the team was flexible and helped work with me and my busy scheduleto give me an estimate. The crew that came out was fantastic! They were professional, careful with my things, flexible, and made smart choices. They were also very pleasant to work with.
I highly recommend this company. I would hire them anytime!
I will note that the costs is not cheap, it's not over priced, just not low. The best thing to do is have things ready to go but it was good to know that even if I didn't plan ahead they had an option to pack things up for me if I needed it.

My initial review (above was written in 2021) This is now the 4th time we have used this company and we still give 5+ stars!!
I have used Able to move within the state and across states. Just this month they moved us 200 miles and they were excellent! Timely, professional, friendly, and efficient. I absolutely recommend this company. On top of that, they are honest. I prepaid for the move and overpaid but Able did the calculations and actually refunded me for the amount that we overestimated. Honest, high-quality work is almost unheard of these days so I had to acknowledge this, thank you Able!!
