Really nice quick in and out. The only complaint is that the space is so small you have to stand between racks. They pile up so much stuff at the registers, the staff doesn't see people standing, waiting, and there is no real line. And you can't see what registers are manned and what are not, but you can't really walk to another opening or you may lose your place.

This store needs to be stripped of its UPS Access Point status. Employees don't record received packages in their system when they're supposed nor do they record when they've been picked up. Untrained or uncaring employees just hand me a package without verifying my info or marking it received. They just leave packages in an unlocked locker by the front door. So idiotic and irresponsible on every level.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. First you can’t return anything with or without a receipt. Then the employees having a discussion switching between English and Spanish. I am not bilingual and it is uncomfortable to know that employees are involved in front of me in a different language, simply because they can and they know that i can’t understand them! Unprofessional at best. I will never return to this store.

They are supposed to open at 7;30 no a soul in sight, and it's 8 am. Not the first time they do this. Irresponsible. As a person that runs a shop I would not allow it.

I have bought items here a few times and dropped UPS packages a few times, and the service has always been great until ... On 5-15-2023 I dropped an item for UPS shipping my wife was returning to Best Buy. Unfortunately my wife didn't check the shipping status till she noticed no refund a couple weeks later, on the day after the return window ended. I returned to this store and after some searching a clerk found my package and returned it to me. Another clerk postulated that the UPS drivers sometimes make drops and don't ask for pick ups. That inspires lots of doubts about using this drop site ever again. Fortunately I was able to get a local Best Buy manager to waive the return date and accept the item, at the cost of about 90 minutes of my time and 30 miles of driving. If you do use this UPS drop site, be sure you get a receipt and check the shipping status the next day!
