DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had them install a humidifier and a scrubber in Dec 2022. The scrubber bulb only lasted a month before dying out , and the technician installed the humidifier complying wrong. I had another HVAC tech show me and it’s clear as day in the direction manual that was left behind. I tried to call the company for months, leaving messages with some receptionist. Never got a call back. Finally I spoke to someone who then said they fired a bunch of ppl and was under new ownership. I’ve tried to call them numerous times and they have yet to call me back. 1.5 years later I have a scrubber and humidifier that don’t work and no one responds to me. If I could give 0 stars i would. Worst customer service and company ever.

Do not do business with Airflow.
I have been a client for over 12 years and have been completely screwed over by their mismanagement.
Each year, I pay for annual contract that includes a spring maintenance (Air Conditioning and Hot Water Heater) and Fall Maintenance visit (Fireplace and Furnace).
I prepaid my 2024 contract ($402) in full before the end of January 2024.
On April 11, 2024 I was told they cannot offer any services and pre-paid services will be refunded.
That very day I called a new company to schedule my early May spring maintenance; because that’s what responsible homeowners do.
Today, I called Airflow again asking about the status of the refund and was told they were still assessing the situation and would only reimburse if they had to permanently close….. but still cannot come to my home for the maintenance visit. Additionally, they tried to state that Airflow has the full 12 months to complete a spring and fall maintenance. Funny thing…. I was given no document that stated those terms. I’d love to see whose signature is on that, because I have signed NOTHING for years, except the check-out ticket at the end of the maintenance visit. In fact…. Their Comfort Club Plan document clearly states 2 items (1) Spring and Fall Maintenance schedule and (2) “Satisfaction Guaranteed: This agreement can be cancelled at anytime, for any reason, or for no reason, with the unused portion of turn dues refunded.”
What good does performing an AC maintenance do in October, November or December?
Let’s play along with this overt game of “keep the long-term client’s money” and I don’t get my maintenance anytime soon, and then God forbid my HVAC breaks down. Airflow CAN’T COME OUT FOR REPAIRS!
After this review posts, I’m filing with BBB and DPOR.
This is no way to conduct legitimate business.
If you can’t fulfill spring maintenance, then at least refund me for that, and we could have revisited the second half of the annual contract in late summer.

I got helpful tips on saving plans for aging heat pumps based on age and condition and tips to preserve 15 year old woodwork on walls, floors and ceilings w a humidifier. The technician appeared knowledgeable about heat pumps, hot waters heaters, and gas fireplaces which are covered under a maintenance plan.

Ray is really a good specialist. He arrived on time and checked our heating system thoroughly, explaining how it works. He didn't try to "stuff" unnecessary work on our bill. It was great working with him and we will call Airflow again when needed. Thank you for your service!
