I visited this branch today and honestly I don't know what's wrong with this branch every time I need to make a transaction outside regular hours either I CAN'T go inside using my apple fcu card or I CAN'T use the drive-thru ATM because it is TOO old and it doesn't work properly or is broken. What's the purpose of upgrading your inside ATM if you can't even go inside and use it? And your drive-thru ATM I think is time for an upgrade. Apple FCU you can't even upgrade a machine what a shame? Really disappointed in this branch, I don't think I'm visiting this branch anymore. It is a disappointment because it is the closest branch to my house. Btw I had to make an extra trip to a different branch...As a member I believe it should be convenient and pleasant to make a transaction not stressful and annoying.

Wow today I had an emergency, I went to my bank to take out cash in the drive thru and it didn’t work, After that I went to the entrance to try and get in and the doors didn’t work, I needed to pay with another app to transfer money from my account to another app, What an embarrassment

Easy in, easy out. Guess I could have gotten in line and done the drive-thru but I felt like stretching my legs.Ample parking. Very pleasant teller. Quick transaction. I was back in my car and driving away in under 5 minutes.Hardest part was making a left out of that parking lot to go north on 28. That actually took longer than going in, doing my transaction, and returning to my car.

I was moving fr Illinois last week, then I was contacted by Apple FCU that a fraudulent charge was made with my debit card. I called Apple FCU immediately, the card was cancelled. Needed a new card immediately, I was leaving the following week. Suppose to send new card Federal Express the following day, Friday. I contacted Fed. Express to track the package and it WAS NOT SENT, as promised. I had no access to any of my money! I called Apple F CU that Monday morning. 8 was treated rudely and went from being disconnected and calling 7 times, being disconnected, and starting over and over on square one each time I called. This went on and on for over 3 hours that day. What a nightmare...I , in the past years had never experienced such incompatancy and unprofessional care as I did that entire day. I was upset and disappointed.This behavior on the part of Apple FCU employees will hurt and make customer's discontinue doing business with the credit union. Management needs to to do something about the the quality of service customers get every day.?

My 13 year old was depositing money in to her account and the atm malfunctioned , took her money and didn't show it as a deposit. We tried calling customer service but of course it's Saturday after 1pm and they are closed. The customer service rep that answered told me Her Mother that I couldn't call because it's not my account. My daughter is 13 under aged and yes I am on the account. She wanted to talk to my daughter the whole time. Of course my daughter doesn't know her social so we asked her to hold so we could get info and she told us she couldn't hold for more than a minute. WHY NOT? You are at home I can hear your kids screaming in the background . Why can't u hold for 1 minute. Monday we are switching all of our money to Navy.

Bad customer service. This happened today. My sister came with her mom to open her first checking account 30 minutes before the bank closed and the manager denied to help them because they were “almost closing”. It shouldn’t take so long to open a checking account. This place sucks.

Poor customer service. Not following CDC recommendations or don't have something in place. Try to hand me a bag without being cleaned/sanitized from the previous customer. Then had an attitude because I asked for it to be cleaned. The whole attempt to make a transaction was crazy. Never returning to this location.
