Don’t waste your time here. Will not dry clean your clothes, just spray starch on to make it look like it’s been washed. Took a few suits and had starch residue sprayed on, suits were not dry cleaned

Edwin and all the workers are so nice here. Quality and customer care are #1 here. I've been coming here for a year now and they have been nothing but consistent. I get my clothes dry cleaned in less than 24 hours. They don't call them ASAP Cleaners for nothing!

The alteration and the customer service were TERRIBLE!!!
I'm a regular customer at ASAP Dry Cleaners. I'm so disappointed when I brought my Windsor dress to make a alteration. A few things were wrong with the alteration when we got it back: one side is 3 inches longer than the other side, the inside layer was longer than the outside layer, the hem is not folded in and is not sewed on properly (it looked like whoever altered it didn't do it at all), and the silk of the dress is ripping in strands. We paid $60 for nothing!!!
When we ask to speak to a manager, their employees keep saying they are not there and giving me a different work schedule all three times I've been there. I even left a phone number for them to call back, and they never called me back. I also tried to email them and didn't get a response back until May 12th, 2024.
The first time I put this review up was May 10th, 2024. So basically, this is my second time putting this review up. The reason is that the owner saw the first review and called me, to apologize to me, told me to remove the review, and take the dress back to fix it for free. But when I went back today, the owner pushed all the blame to the employees making me still have to pay $50 to fix the alteration!!!

What worst than the cleaning service itself is that the customer service and the guy who works there is very weird and has really very bad attitude. the guy is very disrespectful and doesn’t even care for customers by saying they don’t care if customers happy or not . I brought my White clothing just for regular wash , I picked it up with full of dirt cause it was washed with some other colors , be careful guys if you want your clothes’s color not to messed up Do NOT COME HERE . I tried very nicely to show him what the issue is, but he gets so frustrated doesn’t even let you talk what I can say is that he has the worst customer service ever . What ashamed!!!!

After informing them that I was not pleased with an alteration, they quickly corrected it without additional charges. Overall I am happy with their services.
