Came here with my wife to get a new line with 2 new phones, left almost immediately due to a very unprofessional young man who was acting like he couldn't be bothered. Appearance and manners matter most in a sales position. Drove across town to sudley rd for a much better experience.

Walked in and basically walked out. Lack of customer service immediately. “What’s good” is not professional…. From the greeting, body language poor, slouched speaking low. Don’t even know the man’s name. Not sure what’s happening at this store these days.

Lazy black men working at this location have no respect for customers, not only he did not greet me he was on the phone,when finally hung up I told him I am a current customer and needed help installing a screen protector, he nodded, he didn’t let me finish my sentence, completely uneducated and rude!!!!!

This store stole my phone, make me fight for months between costumer support and the store because the people working at the store stole my phone when I did a trade in and I never got the compensation, It took me 10 months dealing with costumer support to be able to get my money back since the store also refused to give me back the phone I gave them even though it was fully paid. Plus to add, I just called today and guess what A NEW MANAGER who I don't blame for being clueless of all the situations, but when I started my process to try to get my money back the manager at the time was also new and from what that manager told me they have "MULTIPLE CASES GOING ON LIKE MINE" and put me on the wait list for about 3 months before actually taking any actions on the matter. The fact that they have new people every year is a sign of a horrible work place and don't expect any compensation in return for having to fight your own case which they created! 10 months fighting to get my money. You would think they will try to compensate all the affected costumer or get some retaliation to this store from AT&T corporate but nothing happen. As soon I fully paid my phone I will change services and I would recommend everyone to do it.

Scam. Manager scammed my wife and I adding watches and watch lines that the manager said was included for free due to upgrading our other cell phones. Turned out that was a lie. She said just wait 2-3 invoice cycles and the credits will take place. That's another lie. Then she added protection insurance to all 4 lines on the accounts for $45 a month without ever asking us. Shame on us for not getting anything in writing. She seemed honest :(

Bonnie and Virgilio were amazing! Bonnie helped us with multiple requests and answered all of our questions carefully and thoroughly. Virgilio helped us with our screen protectors and also answered questions. Great job, team! Will definitely come back to this store when I need help. Thanks again!
