The two latina girls were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to buy a new phone while trading in my old phone and after one of the girls had already charged me and started setting up my phone she realized i had a very small dead pixel on my phone to which she accused me of being a liar which offended me and when I asked her to calm down her and her colleague started talking very rudely to me repeatedly saying im unhonest and a liar and then had the audacity to try and charge me 55$ for a restocking fee. Keep in mind I had not physically even touched the new phone yet, the lady was unpackaging everything on her own and they tried to charge me this fee. Save your money and go to a different at&t branch. This one was a HUGE waste of time for me

What a scam is AT&T and the worst customer service I have seen in my life. Last year, we went to BJ’s and one AT&T retailer sell us 4 lines with 4 trade in phones. We got phones but we didn’t get any instructions how to ship the old phones. We went to BJ’s and the retailer was not there. We went to AT&T store in Manassas to give the trade in phones but there we met store manager Shaquan, he said that the retailer was a scam in BJ’s, he didn’t tell us anything and he abused us infront of our kids. Then I called customer service and found shipping labels and returned AT&T new phones After 1 month AT&T charged our credit card 3700 dollars, when I called customer service they said that they didn’t receive the 4 phones and this is the bill for 4 phones. I gave them the shipping tracking number and receipt so finally they found that they received but system wasn’t updated and refund 3700 dollars. I ask them that please let me know what I owe the amount so I can pay you if any bill or anything and I paid the amount he told me. After a year I got a notice from a debt collector agency for 365 dollars amount from AT&T so I said that we don’t owe this amount, first explain me what is this bill for and then they post this amount on my husband credit this month. Look we got punished to get AT&T service.
Please be aware AT&T is a scam and fraud with abusive customer service . I shared my worst ever experience.

Horrible customer service, had to give it one star, but this company deserves zero stars.Instead of improving they are just getting worst. I came to put some internet on some wireless cámaras but they weren’t compatible, so I said I didn’t want to make the account any more since it makes no sense to make an account without having the right cámaras.A few weeks later a bill got to my home saying the account was created and that I needed to pay the next month. It makes no sense to get a bike if I’m not even using their services.I went to the store twice to resolve the issue, they gave me a number to call, I called and wasted 40 minutes of my time for them to tell me that the store needs to fix it.I went again and they said they can’t do anything in the store that I need to call again and try again.This has wasted my time and lost a day of work because they said manager was going to be present this specific day so I went and the manager wasn’t even present. They just love to make yourself waste time.The lady that opened the account didn’t even greet or try to resolve the issue, she just came up and started talking all rude when the only thing we asked if they could cancel the account and resolve the issue.I called the next morning to customer service and the first thing they told me was that “where the account was open they can close it and resolve the issue, they just didn’t want to help you”I’m just so disappointed, be careful if you decided to come to this store. They try to take advantage.

walked in to AT&T and was greated by Sammy who has outstanding customer service. Got me in and out quickly and efficently. Answered all my question easily. I know who to go to moving forward.
