David was a wonderful sales person. He explained a lot of things plus he bilingual which made the process easier for my dad who came with me to purchase the vehicle. He should do everything!!!! I would only recommend this place for him, he made my experience excellent!!!!

Stay away from this dealer! Very dishonest and unethical! They run my credit report through several banks without my knowledge, and not only that, they tried to sell us a 2024 as a new 2025 car. Unbelievable! I would give them zero stars if I could.

We bought a used 2023 PHEV outlander from Charles M. He was very courteous and graceful throughout the process. The manager helped us with a better rate than our bank. I was not sure at first after reading multiple poor reviews but these guys do a good job and they worked hard to get your business. Haggling does not work here, even for a Peruvian but the car was price well. We look forward to enjoy the long rides in a more spacious car such as this, without worrying about mechanics or electronics from a modern car since we bought a Zurich package. Thank you!

THEY DO NOT HONOR “We Owes”. I had them make a we owe to fix the bodies coming from my car & they told me there was no issue and kicked me out. I returned and said there is something wrong! And they told me too bad it’s been past 30 days on the fine print so they don’t have to do it. THEY WILL TRY TO STALL SO THE TIME LIMIT WILL RUN OUT!! Next time they do this just call the cops because that’s basically robbery, they want to charge me 10k now to fix my car, and this suppose to be their “employee pricing”…even with me bringing my own parts!!!! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE, THE MANAGERS WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!!! Sales rep was good and honest and so is the service manager, but all decisions are made by the sales managers which are EXTREMELY shady!!!
