Khalil took care of me when I needed a new battery for my car. My car wouldn't start last week when we had the snow come in and it was very cold. He installed it for me and my car feels brand new again! Thank you!

Waited 15 minutes in line for an online order they couldn’t find because the guy working there told me someone else sold it to another customer. After he told me he refunded my order, I never got my money back nor could he provide me with a receipt. Had to call customer service who told me it was never actually cancelled.

Best customer service I have ever had. I came here with a dead battery and was promptly helped out by Zac. The place was quite busy, but he took the time to help me select the correct battery and also install it in my car. He was extremely nice and helpful the whole time. I really appreciate his shining example of great customer service, and a huge thank you to Zac for helping me out.

The open time on the door states 7:30 am for Saturday. I was at the door at 7:33 am to return a used battery. The door was locked and the clerk stated they did not open until 8 am. Disappointed they do not follow their own posted times.

Big shoutout to the gentleman that assisted my husband today find parts and even install windshield wipers on my Explorer. It’s so cool to have folks that care about others. Positives: It is open after 6 PM on a Saturday. Is the store seemed reasonably clean and organized.Negatives: I went in to buy a cap style oil filter wrench. I needed a 65mm 14 flutes wrench. It is a good thing that I brought the oil filter with me to check for fitment because the 65mm 14 flute wrench they stocked did not fit.When I went to the Counter to ask if there were any other wrenches they carried I had to wait 5 minutes because all staff were in the back.If this review was helpful to you please give it a thumbs up.

I was treated very badly by the manager today. Bought battery in 21 with 3 yr warranty said no warranty on replacement battery. Not my fault the battery lasted less then yr. I have always had good experience with auto zone we have commercial account there is no need for anyone to act hateful and rude to customers the man needs to get another job if he can’t be nice at auto zone

I had a rejected car inspection for a headlight bulb and my father told me to go to the autozone in manassas to purchase a new one and have it replaced by the staff. I googled it to make sure they provided the replacement service and it said as long as I purchased a item from there they would provided that replacement for me. I had never changed a headlight bulb before and I went specifically there for that purpose. The employee there helped me find the right light bulb and I asked if he would help replace it for me, he kind of avoided answering me. The purchase for the new lightbulb was around $100 and once we had finished the transaction at the register, he passed me my receipt, I asked him again, could you help me replace the bulb? His answer was " Nah I ain't touching that!" I was saying in my head "Really are you serious???" I witnessed another customer that came in after me needing help with his car battery, and the other staff member didn't hesitate at all to help him out...SMH... I don't think I'll be ever purchasing anything from that store again. The specific employee I was interacting with provided poor customer service and was clearly being lazy. I give 5 stars to the other staff member for helping the other customer with the battery. Great job to him! But the other employee 0 Stars. Terrible experience. I'm going to Advance Auto Parts next time
