The staff here has been nothing short of wonderful over the last 2 months that my car has been in and out of the shop. Do they have a small office? Yes. They are very professional and work to help out as much as possible, even though Avis doesn't send them enough cars most of the time. I have also never had issues with getting them on the phone unlike some other branches.

Only one person working at this location so it’s very easy for them to get backed up. Long wait times as a result. Be ready to wait.if they’re slammed they won’t do a walk through of the vehicle with you so take pictures of the vehicle with time stamps and make sure you check your fuel level as well.

I use this Avis location regularly 10-12 times per year) for work related rentals. I continue to do so. The staff have always been courteous and competent. Cars have always been clean. The one thing I don't like is true of all Avis (and other companies) is the rental car practice of delivering cars with a less than full tank. I received one in London last month that was nearly empty. Not a local issue, that.

avis has outrageous taxes/ hidden fees! do not be fooled by great car& counter service!!! picked up car in chicago airport -what seemed a great deal 4 day rental- $172! when i returned the car - they charged me $132 in taxes!!!! warn everyone!!! there are other better -honest rental agencies!

Safe to say the issue of cigarette smoke is no longer an issue. Needed a rental due to mine being in a shop - went to their website and reserved a car for the next morning. Pickup was quick, and when needing to extend for a few days it was all quick and easy over the phone. Drop off was even quicker. Thanks!

Very disappointed in the supervisor and our first and last visit here, the supervisor said one thing and then was so falsely apologetic when she informed us the information wasn’t true . We came to a solution she agreed on and then once again said that wouldn’t work after we spent the money. She didn’t care about all the money we lost, hasn’t tried to reimburse us. She said she doesn’t have a boss and nobody is higher than her but in the same breathe said she’s the supervisor and doesn’t own this store. All the money we spent was a loss, and we leave with no vehicle. If I could give no stars I would but it makes you give at least one. Her name is Nassrin she works at the sudley location in Manassas .

This Avis location is top notch. I booked a long term rental on Priceline and the excellent new car was ready to go when I arrived.Please use Avis The American Owned Car Rental Company and book at this location at Perfect Auto when you need a vehicle in Manassas VA. Only settle for the best You won't regret it.

I came to give them a very poor rating because these scamers called the night before and said they don't have the car we booked! But after reading all the poor ratings and craziness at this Avis location, I really feel glad they cancelled a reservation we made days in advance! Stay away! ZERO RATINGS!

On 01 March 2022, I received an email from Avis informing me that the rental car that I had previously reserved for the following day in Utah (reserved two months prior) was no longer available. I had already paid $80 toward this vehicle for collision insurance. That same day I spoke with an Avis Customer Service representative during a recorded Case Conversation and he specifically advised me to reserve and pay for a similar sized and equipped vehicle at any other rental car company, and that Avis would refund me the difference in price. On 02 March 2022, I was able to purchase a rental agreement with another company, with a total price paid that was $122.86 more. I was forced to pay this extra price solely because of Avis carelessly giving our reserved vehicle to another customer. After countless email exchanges with Avis Customer Service, and after being repeatedly denied the ability to speak with a representative, I was finally able to get someone on the phone on 29 March. During my phone conversation I learned that the initial representative had provided me with false information during my initial phone conversation. Further, Avis went out of their way to make customer service process almost non-existent and difficult to reach. Needless to say, I will never use Avis again, and strongly recommend others to use a different company.

We reserved the rental suv from AVIS a month ago through Costco in this location “perfect Auto” manassas . Today we came to pickup the suv the representative of AVIS of this location said they don’t have suv, they have “pick up truck”. WTH…We called the Avis customer service, they said they already dropped the suv???? We put the speaker phone for both Avis customer service and this representative to talk and they both don’t have answer and hung up the phone. WTH… the point is they said they don’t have any other to replace the suv.The next customer came and they have Minivan…Range Rover…This is unecceptable, since we’ve been plan for this vacation for 1/2 year ahead. At the last minute we can’t rent any other places in the last minute.At least the representative in this location need to solve the problem but they seem “not my problem” then we have us to call Avis , Costco by ourself.If there is 0 star I will put in for this both AVIs and the rental in this location and we’ve never go to this company again.
