The manager believes that being understaffed justifies not satisfying customers appointments. I had an appointment and they asked me to sit and wait for the one banker available which happened to be the manager. Although they apologized for not being able to help I was extremely disappointed that I wasted my time.

The tellers are slowly however they are extremely understaffed and lines are painstakingly long. They really need new and better management and need to hire new tellers. I need any help when I def have seen them as teller..If there are more ..poor poor management.
