Recently visited this branch for notarization of my child’s school documents. Unfortunately, the process took over 3 hour, causing significant inconvenience. I felt the scrutiny applied to this simple document was excessive, akin to reviewing such as complex corporate balance sheet. I understand the importance of diligence but a distinction should be made between straightforward document like school paperwork sending by school, some and more intricate business document.at the some time, being directed to use ups for services this bank offers was unhelpful. Who gonna pay ups charges….. your mama!!
As a customer, I value my time and expect efficient service. I hope you’ll take steps to streamline processes, recognize the difference between simple and complex documents and prioritize customer satisfaction.
