All the staff here are nice and friendly. They need to have a drive-thru. It's such a big inconvenience. And the safety issues of using the walk-up ATM at night. I understand there's a ATM inside you can use but any member can swipe their card and get in while you're in there. The area is not well lit at all. The parking lot look sketchy at night because a lot of people are always walking around there.

They open 10am and close at 4pm doesn’t justify banking hours. Associates are pretty rude.

The manager believes that being understaffed justifies not satisfying customers appointments. I had an appointment and they asked me to sit and wait for the one banker available which happened to be the manager. Although they apologized for not being able to help I was extremely disappointed that I wasted my time.
