Josh was professional, kept me apprised of the issues on going with my truck and resolved them all. This level of customer service I have yet to find at any dealership regardless of manufacturer. I drove 45 minutes to drop my truck at this dealership despite having a Ford dealer 1.2 miles from my house. Worth the drive.

We drove 518 miles (one-way) to purchase our Mustang from Gavin, Will, Hanns (finance) & Cesar (General Manager). Our experience with these gentlemen should be rated at 7 ☆'s !They took better care of us than any of the 100+ other dealerships we've purchased from. If you are looking for a hard to find Mustang or simply a nice pre-owned vehicle you definitely want to contact Gavin or Will ... and please tell them Don & Ronda said Hello! ?

I purchased a used 2019 Ford Ranger at Ourisman Ford last fall. The truck had a rear differential issue that took forever to fix due to parts availability. The staff at Ourisman were caught in the middle between an upset customer and no parts available to make the fix. They did all they could to take care of me including making my first few payments plus a loaner vehicle while I waited the 2 months it took to get a part. I eventually got my truck back in hood working order and it's been flawless since. Now if I were reviewing Ford and the availability of parts.... That would be a different write-up

Had plug-in hybrid Fusion in for diagnostics on the electrical systems. One challenge with their organization is the customer deals directly with a service manager rather than a technician who is doing the work, and you might have to add a step to actually get direct information from the technician. This might be especially true with hybrids because my understanding is they only have 1 hybrid technician here. So getting answers to very specific questions can be a challenge. I had an appointment to drop the car off but it took a few hours after that before they were able to get started on it. They have drivers who dropped me back at home and 10 hours later delivered my car to my home - so that is nice, though not having a loaner car meant I was at home all day without a car to do errands I had planned. Bottom line is the employees here are courteous and helpful and the Service department provides good customer service.

I recently brought an F-150 from Ourisman Ford in Manassas, Virgina, my Sales Rep was Emily Allen was awesome. Having gone to a few dealers in the area with not so good results Emily was head and shoulders above others. Ms. Allen was Professional, Honest and Knowledge about the vehicle most of all there was no "Gamesmanship". The process was straightforward and smooth, if you are looking for a Ford give her a call.

After a long journey in searching of a new car, I was able to find my dream car here with the help from Ryan. Originally, my mom and I stopped by to ask a quick question and to look around but Ryan came out and was extremely helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced with his job. The whole process to finding a car, purchasing the car, and financing went by very quickly and smoothly. The dealership also had a lot of different options (you can definitely find your dream car!) compared to other dealerships. Overall, great prices, great employees, and great experience! Would definitely come back to purchase a new car in the future and DEFINITELY recommend to friends and family. Be right back!! Got to live the best Branco life in my new Branco Sports!

I found the truck I had been looking for on Saturday morning online. I filled out a request to see if the truck was available and soon got a call from Shawn SImon. I told him that I was 2hrs away (Richmond area) but was on my way to check out the truck. When I arrived, Shawn was there to greet me and show me the truck. He was very informative, had a great attitude and was a pleasure to work with. He made sure that I got the best deal I could for my trade and worked with me to get the right deal for me. If you're in the market for a vehicle please go see Shawn at Ourisman Ford, he will take care of you and his customer service skills exceeded my expectations. Not your typical car salesman. He is now my go to guy if I ever need another vehicle.

Extremely Disappointing After-Sales ServiceI purchased a brand new 2022 Mustang from Ourisman Ford of Manassas about four weeks ago. The buying process itself was relatively smooth, and my salesperson, Cody, was pleasant to deal with. However, the service I received after buying the car has been nothing short of a nightmare.The first issue arose with the hood alignment, which should have been covered under warranty. I reached out to my sales Cody, and he assured me that the car would need to go to the body shop for the alignment, requiring a few days' time and he informed me that none of the rental were available and suggested I wait for a few weeks until one became free. Though disappointed, I accepted their response and waited for their call. After waiting for two weeks without any communication, I tried contacting my salesperson again, but to no avail. I left a message and sent an email explaining the situation, hoping for a response. It's been two more days, and still, no one has reached out to help solve my problem or provide an update.Incredibly frustratingly, every time I tried contacting the dealership and their online support, they redirected me to the service department, promising that someone would call me back for schedule. Yet, those promises were empty as no one ever reached out to address my concerns.To add insult to injury, my new Mustang is still missing one key, despite my salesperson's assurance that they would provide me with a new one. Regrettably, they never followed through on this either, leaving me feeling completely disregarded as a customer.The lack of attention, communication, and fulfillment of promises at Ourisman Ford of Manassas is utterly unacceptable. While the initial buying process may seem smooth, the experience after the sale has been filled with frustration and disappointment. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to think twice and explore other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Kayla did a great job! I was able to get all my needs for my new vehicle met! I even flew up to the dealership from Western NC to pick up my 2023 F-150 Platinum with a 6.5 bed in the color I was looking for. I drove it back about 500 miles and loved the time to get to know the truck better. The dealership did a wonderful job and took care of making the experience seem less. Kayla did a really good job reviewing the vehicle and getting me set up on Ford pass.

I had a great experience with this dealership very professional and informative staff and great service especially having the option of picking up your vehicle from home and dropping it off when service is done who does that these guys do. Who ever came up with that idea they deserve a raise . I’ve been dealing with all different types of dealerships including high end like BMW and Mercedes and they don’t even give you that type of service thank you . Taylor was very informative and professional when it came to my service thank you for that . I will definitely be using you guys again for Taurus .
