One star is too much for this group. My son works in Old town and went to work early, no signs where up where he parked. 7 hours later when he is done working his car was gone and towed by these people. They participate with the city's money making scheme to tow and make a ridiculous amount for a short distance to impound lots. Avoid at all costs, if they do this who knows about the rest of there ethics and working on your car. I can only hope that this review will make someone think twice about using this unethical business.

Very rude and condescending. The tow process worked out but the customer service was very poor. The gentlemen who answers the phones was very judgmental and was very condescending. Treated me like I was stupid. I would not recommend Battlefield Towing to anyone. I never want to use them again.

Worst tow company ever. They tell me one total over the phone then when I arrive to pay and pick up (after waiting outside in the heat forever for someone to assist me) its a much larger total. The people are rude and seem unknowledgeable. 0 stars.

Horrible customer service. Imagine having your car be stranded and you’re calling around to get it towed and you’re met with the most despicable person you could imagine. I asked for a quote and they rudely told me there was no one available and hung up on me. I don’t know how these companies stay in business. Look for towing services elsewhere!

If there was a zero star, I should have given them that. The model of towing is so predatory that they target residents of the apartments even with parking stickers on it. they should change their name to low life towing because that is what they are. Do yourself a favor and never call them if you have a wreck cause you are going to be scammed.

Shame on these people… I live in Birch Pond and have cars parked in front of my house every single freaking day. All day every day and I’ve never called the towing company fast-forward to today. I had a friend come to help me out, as a single mom, she was literally there for five minutes to come inside and get me and they towed her car no warning no nothing… It’s absolutely disgusting. The whole reason she was coming was to help me out and now we’re out $170 for towing… Oh, and the best part I’m looking at my window now at all the other cars still sitting out on the curb that I’ve been there long before this one… What a joke

Terrible company with terrible people. I had my parked in a lot patrolled by them, with the tag displayed. At some point, the tag must’ve fallen, I’m guessing when I shut the door. While the tag was not directly in the dashboard, the tag was still clearly visible lying on the center console. The attendant at the tow center walked with me to my car, saw the tag laying there, and still demanded I pay to have my car returned to me since the tag was not exactly in the right position. To me, it is clear these people have no concern or interest in doing the decent or right thing. Nothing decent about this company, or the people who work there

Locked my keys in my truck. Talked to a young lady told her my situation(crocs,shorts and zip hoodie). She got someone quick,fast and in a hurry. Gary took a short time to git unlocked. Both where very professional, new what they where doin. Highly recommend.

Had to to help my mom after she got in an accident. She was under stress from the accident and was not able to recall the information provided at the crash site. I called to get information. I have a special kinda hate for towing companies and was not looking forward to interacting with one. Especially, after seeing the ratings here. Call was picked up immediately and I got nothing but help. I also went with her to their office. We were treated well. This is not a predatory company. I get the frustration when the police call in an unsolicited tow. My mom had AAA but was not able to use them since her car was blocking traffic on 234 during rush hour. Wish AAA was as quick as this company but the bottom line is they are slow. This is exactly why the police work with Battlefield. I am happy to know all towing companies aren't scum ( I've dealt with DTR and an HOA). Next time your in gridlock with a vehicle blocking your route to work or home, hope that Battlefield is on the way. Also, they probably don't need good ratings to get plenty of business. I just don't want the bad ratings to prevent someone from using their service over a predatory service.

My Honda was towed for bad inspection on a Monday night. Was I mad? Sure but it wasn’t the tow drivers fault my inspection was bad. I called and they had him meet me at the yard in 20 min and got me my car that same night. He told me there’s a 60 day window with inspections, I was way outside that window (july) Have an appointment day after tomorrow for inspection, in so many words he said he’d give me a break till then. Nice guy, hope he sees this, if he does next time bro knock on my door so I can pay a drop fee!

My son broke down on 66 heading home from work. A State trooper pulled up and explain to my son that the car has to get off of the interstate, my son also telling the trooper AAA was on the way but the officers insisted on having the car towed off the highway, the tow was less than 3miles if that to a parking lot.when it was time to pay my son said he was going to use his Apple pay the trooper told him that the tow truck company takes it and debit or credit cards, that's not the case, cash only, driver insisted on cash, over 200 dollars maybe all parties are to get it straight and figured out beforehand, kickbacks??

Sucks
The company doesn't actually do anything useful. They towed my car from parking for which I pay. Then you come to their office to get it for 200$. They tow your car after 8pm, this way they get extra 30$. This is how they make living. Look at other reviews.
