I recently moved into a new rental property managed by Bay Property Management, and I am pleased to share my positive experience. From the very beginning, the agent (Stephanie Merritt) who showed us the property was courteous, helpful, and very responsive. After our move, the assigned property manager (Pink Melendez) continued this high level of service, being both responsive and helpful. Overall, my moving experience has been excellent, thanks to the exceptional support provided by the management team.

I moved from out of state and I initially didn't have a good impression of the company because of the assigned rental agent who showed me the rental property initially; however, during the past 1.5 years the Bay Property Management has really turned things around and has been easy to work with, and I attribute 100% to Marjorie Morales, the property manager assigned for my rental. She has been cordial, communicative, and always helpful any time I had to reach out to her. The Bay Property Management's renter's portal system is also easy to use and navigate and I like that I can set up the automated rents (with small transaction fee) and request services and track them, etc. I do not have too much property management/rental experience to compare it to since I have mostly owned properties, but I would highly recommend this management group for rental needs based on my experience in Virginia thus far.

Mrs. Sharon and Mrs. Gloria are truly amazing!When my family and I were interested in moving to a more spacious home, I was able to touch base with Mrs. Sharon regarding a property of interest. I was looking to schedule a showing of the property and Mrs. Sharon masterfully and successfully negotiated with the current tenants, who didn't feel comfortable accepting showings at the time. Long story short, we were able to view the property and felt it was a good match for our family. Mrs. Sharon proceeded to get the necessary documents and forms together for us and stayed in contact with us throughout the process; even while she was out of town.Fast forward to move-in day, Mrs. Sharon was waiting at the property for us with the keys to our new abode.Since then, Mrs. Gloria has been our point of contact for the property and she is fantastic, very responsive, and goes above and beyond in all matters. She makes sure to quickly follow up regarding any maintenance requests and ensures I am notified of any vital information immediately. It is genuinely appreciated.I hope to continue enjoying a wonderful relationship with Bay Property Management.

THE WORST experience my family has ever had renting in a 20+ year military career. To my fellow service member families, PLEASE do not do business with this group. If I wrote the whole story it would be a page, but one military spouse to any other, I would avoid this company at all costs

It is still early in our partnership so I don’t believe I can give a fair assessment. They are ok and seem to have better practice than other groups. I do question one incident of a door knob falling off at my property doing a showing, it never fell off in the 3 yrs I lived there. Now I have to pay for replacement of course there’s an up charge for this. I hope this will not be a regular practice of questionable damages & repairs.

Scam artist if you aren't the first application in don't apply. They will take your money and you will have no chance. They make it sound like you'll be evaluated against the others but you won't. They are liars

Excellent Management Company with Great Customer Service. All of their maintenance are very knowledgeable and helped my Finance and I out tremendously, when our daughter flooded our toilet.They answer the phone arrived quickly, and fixed the problem with minimal disturbance to us.
