Understaffed, most likely due to COVID, won't answer phone as it rings and rings and no answering machine or automated system, doors often locked even during business hours unless you have an appointment otherwise you have to tell them if you need to get into the branch such as for your safety deposit box at the drive thru window.

This bank has the worst customer service. I've been here once and I'm about to close my business checking account because of this visit. The drive through teller today has a terrible attitude. If you don't like your job, you should leave it.

I was recently at this BB&T location tending to personal affairs. The drive-up service was great and the bank attendant servicing me was very helpful. I would highly recommend coming to the Church St BB&T branch.

Apparently the Policy at All BB&T fraud department if the owner of a very busy business accidentally misses a 82.65. Fraudulent charge on one of our 6 cards 3 accounts for over 3 years. We then found another charge for $400.00 June 26 reported it July 16 after we received our statement. They claim since we did not catch the first charge they would of prevented the $400 charge so they are not paying either we will be leaving BB&T as soon as possible. The branch employees are great especially in the Manassas Bank. Unbelievable policy for a Bank that is supposed to be a small business friendly Bank. They are no such thing .

absolutely the most terrible bank for merchant services - they have a fee for everything ... I tried to close my account and they had all kinds of fees that they wouldn't refund total $51.00 - PCI compliant and other stupid fees - meanwhile my company and I have been with them 30 years as well as the partner I have in my company - Oh yeah and 195.00 early termination fee because they automatically sign you up after contract is over ... you have to call or they automatically re-do the contract - I am leaving they SUCK - over 51.00 they lose like 5 accounts ! stupid company

Biggest event if the year for the Manassas community and this 'community bank' keeps their vast parking lot closed off. They are enforcing their towing policy when the bank is closed. Night time fireworks a block away and all those spaces sitting vacant. Not very neighborly. ...clearly they are not interested in being a part of our community.

The building is a little dated, but the customer service is good, and compared to another regional bank that I had been using, services offered (in particular the online banking and mobile banking) are excellent. I also like that I get a free personal checking account for opening a business account.
